The 2023 PHBS-CJBS Global Pitch Competition co-organized by Peking University HSBC Business School (PHBS) and Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) recently concluded with a successful final. Prior to the final, PHBS initiated a 2-day Business Acceleration Program on December 11-12, empowering innovative teams with courses on sales strategy, business model design, intellectual property protection, and more. It is worth noting that nearly 50 participating teams in the competition have already secured Series A funding.

Mr. Chen Zhiwei, as a representative of PurpleVine, was invited to participate in this esteemed event, where he emphasized the value and significance of intellectual property in the innovation and entrepreneurship process. Through his lecture, titled "Intellectual Property Protection for Innovation and Entrepreneurship," he discussed specific aspects that entrepreneurial teams should pay attention to regarding intellectual property and associated risks. Combining case studies and theoretical knowledge, Mr. Chen facilitated an enriching exchange of ideas for the entrepreneurial teams.
