In November, Purplevine IP maintained a dynamic presence across three continents.. From the IP Dealmakers Forum in Austin, and IPBC Asia in Tokyo to IP Service World in Munich, the firm actively engaged in premier international events across key global markets.

Munich, Germany | IP Service World
On November 24–25, IP Service World, Europe’s largest intellectual property exhibition, was held in Munich, Germany. As a long-standing Silver Supporter, Purplevine IP once again participated in this leading European IP event.
Ms. Yan Jingjing of Purplevine IP delivered a keynote speech entitled “Global Patent Monetisation of Chinese Enterprises”, sharing recent practices and developments in patent commercialisation by Chinese companies. The presentation prompted active discussion among attendees on China-related IP strategies.
Throughout the event, members of the Purplevine IP team engaged in in-depth exchanges with IP professionals from around the world at the company’s booth (P2-42), exploring potential cooperation opportunities.

Tokyo, Japan | IPBC Asia 2025
From November 18 to 20, IPBC Asia 2025, organised by IAM, was successfully held in Tokyo. The conference attracted more than 700 participants from 29 countries, marking a record level of attendance.
Purplevine IP attended the event as a Bronze Sponsor. Ms Yan Jingjing and Ms Wang Qin represented the firm and actively participated in discussions throughout the conference. Through frequent interactions with corporate IP leaders and IP monetisation professionals, the team further expanded Purplevine IP’s network and partnerships across the Asian region.

Austin, United States | IP Dealmakers Forum
From November 5 to 7, the 12th IP Dealmakers Forum took place in Austin, Texas, bringing together more than 400 IP transaction and monetisation professionals globally.
Ms. Yan Jingjing represented Purplevine IP at the forum. During the three-day programme, the team participated in conference sessions, roundtable discussions and networking activities, exchanging views with international peers on IP monetisation strategies, market challenges and real-world transaction experiences.

Shenzhen | Advanced Training on Overseas IP: US ITC Investigations & IPR Proceedings
On November 22–23, the 2025 Overseas Intellectual Property Senior Talent Training Programme, hosted by the Guangdong Overseas Intellectual Property Protection Promotion Association and co-organised by Purplevine IP, was held in Shenzhen, attracting nearly 160 participants.

On November 28, the Overseas Trademark Protection and Defensive Strategy Seminar, hosted by Purplevine IP and supported by the Guangdong Trademark Association, concluded successfully in Shenzhen. The seminar was organised around the theme of “Registration First, Supporting Global Expansion”.

Guangzhou | Strategy Training: Optimizing PCT Applications
On November 28, the training programme “Supporting Overseas Expansion: Foreign Patent Strategy and Global Filing”, organised by IPRdaily, was held in Guangzhou. Mr Duan Zhi of Purplevine IP was invited to serve as a speaker, delivering a dedicated session on “PCT International Patent Filing Strategies and Process Optimisation”.
The programme focused on enhancing practical capabilities, helping enterprises and service providers better manage the timing and structure of international patent filings.
