The Display Innovation China (abbr. “DIC2021”), a top-tier event in the industry held annually by China Optics and Optoelectronic Manufactures Association (abbr. “CODA”) - LCD Branch, took place in Shanghai on June 29 and 30, 2021. One of the main events, DICFORUM China (Shanghai) International Display Industry Summit, was led by industry leaders and major manufacturers of display devices, materials and equipment, bringing 40 exciting speeches to the two-day forum, which attracted more than 500 industry experts, associations and enterprise representatives. CEO of Purplevine IP Group, Victor Yang, was invited and delivered a speech on the subject of “IP Challenges and Opportunities for China's Display Industry” at the forum. According to Mr. Yang, the key points for achieving a high-quality development of the industry include:

Familiarize with the rules and defend your rights accordingly: enhancing enterprises’ capabilities to cope with IP risks abroad, actively tackling disputes with flexible strategies, and adopting diverse means for ensuring a counterbalance.

The three-day “Display Innovation China EXPO (DIC EXPO)” officially opened on June 30, 2021 at Shanghai Pudong New International Expo Centre.
