On the afternoon of September 27, 2020, special session on intellectual property law and operation services of "Frontier Issues of IP Services 2020" hosted by the Intellectual Property Development Research Center of the China National Intellectual Property Administration was successfully held in Conference Room 401, Building No. 1 of the China National Intellectual Property Administration.

During the meeting, Frank JENG, Vice President of Purplevine IP, leveraged his over 10 years of experience in assisting clients in intellectual property dispute resolution and cross-border litigation both at Purplevine and other top international law firms, and shared his views on standard essential patent license negotiation strategies and license fee issues. He introduced Purplevine's innovative litigation management model and explained how the model's innovation can effectively save external counsel fees. He systematized the key issues of patent cross-licensing negotiation in the dispute resolution process and drew a variety of ideas and solutions from classical cases in practice.
